Website Terms of Use and Protection of Personal Data
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the use of all websites, including mobile sites, their components, and applications created or owned by the entity whose complete contact information is provided on the “Contact” page (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). All such websites are collectively referred to as the “Sites.”

Both the Company and the User agree to comply with current regulations on personal data processing, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The Company collects and processes identity and contact data received from the User and other relevant contacts. Processing purposes include contract execution, client and order management, accounting, and direct marketing activities such as sending promotional or commercial information. Legal bases include contract performance, User consent, compliance with legal obligations, and the Company’s legitimate interest.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and, unless otherwise consented by the User, will only be shared with processors, recipients, and third parties necessary for the processing purposes.
The User is responsible for the accuracy and updating of the personal data provided to the Company and must comply with the GDPR regarding data of others they transmit or receive from their own clients.
Personal data are stored and processed as long as necessary for the processing purposes and relationship. User data will be deleted after 7 years, or 7 years after the end of a contract, unless longer retention is required by law or ongoing litigation.
By providing or communicating personal data, or by continuing to use the Sites, or by entering into a contract with the Company, the User consents to the collection and use of their personal data as described.
The Company collects personal identification information, including name, address, phone number, email address, VAT number, site visit totals, page visit numbers, domain names of Internet service providers, IP addresses, and cookies.
The User agrees that their data may be used and transmitted to third parties for advertising, commercial, or marketing purposes and consents to receive information from the Company or its partners via email or post.
The Company commits to implementing technical and organizational measures to ensure adequate security and protect data confidentiality. The Company will inform the client of any personal data breach it becomes aware of.
The Site may contain links to other websites. The Company cannot control these external sites and is not responsible for their availability. It is not liable for the content, advertisements, products, services, or other materials found on or through these sites.
